Jörg Hermsen has been a managing director at Eiffage Infra-Rail GmbH since October 2011. Since 2007, the qualified engineer has also been managing the affiliated company Eiffage Infra-Nordwest GmbH (formerly "Wittfeld"). 

In April 2013, Jörg Rose took on the commercial management of Eiffage Infra-Rail GmbH. He had previously served in various commercial management positions in the construction business at home and abroad.
